Statement of Purpose: Ci3 creates an intellectual hub for a network of faculty, staff, and students to work collaboratively with partners from outside of the University to address critical problems in sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice. With a particular focus on adolescents, women, and communities of color, our goal is to develop new research methodologies, evidence, intervention strategies, and novel solutions to advance human health and well being. The Game Changer Chicago Design Lab (GCC) is an initiative in which youth collaborate with faculty and university students to create digital stories and games in order to explore health and social issues. We pride ourselves on making great games with real learning outcomes.
